the reason for that is lui kang has 35% unblock hance on his specials so battle starts he tags out one or 2 combos with scorpion and then lui kang tags in have 1 bar and steals the other one
do sp2 and sp1 and then tag out you should snare them with sp2 of lui and scorpion will keep mashing
