yeah strength is roughly a 10% damage boost, deathmark is 10% damage TAKEN multiplier per stack, so not only does it go to 3 without any special gear for it, but damage taken is a better scaler than damage boost...

SB is a 50% damage taken multiplier, which is why its so good

having say ceremonial pipe equipped is like having a constant 10 strength buffs up, to give compaison to why its so bad lol

yeah so, randomly once per update they have relic hunt which is an event where you can play some battles for more fragments, but mainly you can use them to summon shao kahn. we already had it this update so at minimum a month away is fair to say but they never do it at any consistent pattern so hard to say more than that
