You just looking too deep into it. You will not face this modifyer more than once per krypt run and more than once per 10-20 tower battles. So building your entire team around it is a waste of energy. If you wanna do teamsoak, do rain combo enders for that 1 battle. They also have a chance to soak target. Or use lets say Klassic Shang tsung who can do soaked on sp2 too. Or use characters and items that give starting power. You can still use these for a fast sp2.
