Theres many impacts of block stalling but yes the point is to manipulate AI, like make them block, bait their basic, bait out a special, even make them tag. Its just for control if the match. I can show some very simple examples if youd like

If they have BB reduction and u hit atleast 3 times hoping for a BB and it does not happen instantly sp attack other wise u get countered always happens on boss battles

For reduction counter u should have a sp attack like scorps Sp1

Let's say u can't break Block if u do sp when he's about to counter then u easily get him and can now spam him with sps

After sp2 if I block the enemy runs up to me, this gives me full control because if timed right they will never use a special, its a free hit. But youll see when I dont block after I instead dash up to them, and its before I can hit them. This gives them control. Now mk1 scorp is fast so I keep control but they can tag, xray, special, some some ability like joker card etc here instead of being forced to run into me

-35 (bd team): mk11 LK, sindel, dkNS
-40 (jademk11team): soak with ice bomb and incurability
-45 (mk1 kenshi team): either fujin-sfscorp and jc or soak team as above
-46 (inferno, inj): jade, Kabal, sub0 mk11
-50 (mk1 scorp, geras, St): either mk11 sindel & scorp, sf scorp OR sfjc, sf scorp, km jc.
The rest can be easily done with dot team (or my hybrid dot hs scorp, mk11 scorp, ravMileena with cleaver).
