They're still healing for 50,000+. They were healing for like 1,000-5,000 on the first two runs.

They do hot fixes to these fights, I've noticed it throughout the years. The first run is ultra hard but doable without gear. Then they ramp the difficulty as you get gear for the first two weeks. And the last couple weeks it tapers off fast and the fights are way easier.

If your character has 1000% health and 700% damage they would be able one shot 200 Fatals every time but that is not my experience at all. They still get killed and it still takes multiple fights.
