Kenshi can be block intercepted too and scorpion cant on kick starter

The dislike for mk1 scorp is unfounded and entirely brigaded by mand

On knockdown ender you see my blocking, this makes the enemy or me walk forward as they get up. The AI is bugged and sees this as an opportunity to basic swing (and get caught) or block themselves. If you dont do that then the AI does the trick where it blocks and attacks at the same time

If you walk forward and time it right then the enemy never does a special, not even kenshi/kitana sp1

Theres quite a few characters that can block stall
