I tested it and it's not very impressive. If enemy has 80k health(in krypt) , you will get 15k health for first enemy, and 7k for second enemy.
It's 20 percent Hp if you kill 2 enemies.
My legacy rare pieces give me 30 percent from start of match 🧐

Perhaps it will become better in fx, but at F0 = horrible
