Yes, you can use Incurability and Joker’s Venom Deck to kounter her regeneration, but not everybody has that, so they are krap out of luck and kannot get past these annoying bosses.

you need to do both
without unlocking characters, you'll miss out on krypt hearts and fw. and if you don't have high fusion good characters you'll need to use golds

so both. but focus on packs like EWP, Divine storm, elemental warrior pack, or klassic pack

and always refresh towers. that's it
