Okay first of all start with circle of Shadow Liu Kang to stun Tanya, then just play lol is not that hard

you can just read the modifier description, it’s one of the easier modifiers to understand

each enemy has 3 shields, each shield = +20% damage reduction
so 3 shields = 60% reduction

every time you hit them with a special, they lose 1 shield

they can gain back a shield if the enemy does a special or if they tag in
