Easy. Team soak, nuke with raiden. Give both raiden and rain protection against debuffs gear from Arctic wind and it'll be done

Read his passive. He takes out 40% of the target's hp. Regardless of his fusion level, it'll be 40%. Against team soaked opponents, ALL of them take 40% and be slowed against team soak. Your team being immune against debuffs, you'll have nothing to worry about
