Getting blinded by the Edenian Force Rejection Field and Klassic Shang Tsung’s Face Dancer Passive are the only ways for anyone to MISS their special attacks.

the fx effect makes it worth using in higher battles in towers, the blind effect is ok-ish

i'm saying ok-ish bcs if the opponent resists the blind you don't get speed

so debuff resistance takes care of 2 effects
