When I dealt with these boss battles, I used Klassic Ermac with MK11 Jade and Liu Kang.

Freeze them at the start of the match and apply Incurabiliy with Klassic Ermac (with Ice Bomb and Matokan Snake Skin) then snare and destroy them with Jade. Liu Kang can also help you make sure Jade’s specials will not be evaded for the first 15 seconds of the match.

There is another way. At the start of the match, attempt to fear out Day of the Dead Erron Black with Klassic Ermac (Equipped with God’s Helper Kitsune, Matokan Snake Skin and Ice Bomb) and try to bring Kitana into the match. If Jade komes in though, immediately tag to Klassic Rain and attempt to team soak the entire enemy team and hit them with powerful lightning strikes from Raiden.
