You can pretty much run Klassic Scorpion, Klassic Smoke and Klassic Shang Tsung - both of those with Heal on SP1 Gear (Bladed Fans (FX) Tarkatan Gi (FX) and so on) - that way you'll have Debuff Resistance (Stun and Poison included) as well enough Healing to keep fighting for as long as you need to finish this battle even at Low Fusion.

If needed (in order to beat Liu Kang's stun) you can sacrifice one of your Kards (the weakest one that isn't Scorpion) and put Scorpion as the 2th Fighter so he tags-in right after.

Since none of those have Healing on Bleeding, you should also run Damage on DOTs + Crit. Damage on DOTs and so on to make your Scorpion even more lethal.
