if the opponent is considered intangible while the user tags in

the tag in will just not work

this also applies with kc sonya and kc cassie, if they happen to tag in when the opponent is not like interactable they’ll just not do it

this usually applies if the opponent happens to be tagging in as well or they were knocked down from an attack and are on the ground
