chances like those don’t stack additively, they are additional separate sources

if you have fusion 0 spear and maxed weak point attack, then that is 25% and 40% snare chance respectively

so it’s not 65% like people think, but rather if the 25% from spear doesn’t work, then it rolls for the 40% from the talent afterwards
