to make things easier for you. what you can do is use the team: mournful kitana, klassic reptile, gunslinger erron

use the talent "weak point attacks" of your supportive tree. it gives you chance to snare on powerdrain. snare is important for these type of battles so it's worth it. you will use this for kitana since she has powerdrain on sp1.

start the match with klassic reptile & do his sp1 to apply poison > then tag to mournful kitana (make sure she uses block breaker) and spam sp1 with her > if you get to snare them, then you can try doing gunslinger erron's sp2 on them and again klassic reptile's poisons.

when you've killed the first opponent, the next opponent who tags in has chance to get poisoned due to klassic reptile's passive (even if he's dead or not), so then you have to snare the next opponent too with kitana and do the same with gunslinger erron's & applying more poisons.

the last opponent to tag-in should be easy since they don't need snare. so you can keep applying poisons on the last opponent to stop them from healing and melt their health

use tower equipments since they boost you
