Skarlet can't break the block on basic attacks. Kitana and Jade can. So you may interrupt her. One thing i have noticed is that they never do Specials on their own, they always try a combo first then the special. I always switch to MK11 Jade when they start a combo so she can boost herself from her Rare. And i have Klassic Raiden (F1) for the tag in damage. I have been close on a couple of tries but there's always one left that manages to kill me.
