I also some times had it when editing my talent tree, that half tier unlocks where just there because of how the resetting of tiers can work

and if you don't know it does this, you'll end up losing points on simple mistakes

basically I dont want my block broken ever, but if they do with grapples cloak still punishes, the main point is a ton of max hp spawn with spawn and theyre almost entirely anti DoT, so you cant chain them, cant stun loop, cant BB, youll constantly debuff yourself, and specials get dodged quite a bit too
