I suspect he is spamming accounts. I've reported him twice, but as Draco said, he keeps coming back. Normally it wouldn't matter to me, but competing at high levels on this game needs considerable investment, so he is cheating at least 3 players out of rank 1 on leaderboard (he somehow hacks so he has first in all or most realms on realm clash) and also forcing out at least 3 other players from elder god rank on realm clash. So it isn't fair competition anymore.
