I can't understand how I choose the realm for season( like out world or netherrealm , etc ) and what is the instructions for it .

You must select

It doesn't matter.
Think of realms like factions. The difference is that realms are now ranked based on every member's battle progress. For every 100, 000 battle points you earn 1 point for your realm. The realm reward is DK: 20, 15, 10, 5, 3.

The realm you chose will also affect the battle point requirement to advance to the next rank with the first place realm having a higher point requirement between ranks than the last place realm. The difference is slight.

You have to chose a realm every two weeks. Which means realm ranking can change every season depending on how many chose a particular realm and how active those players..
