Some of the equipment is good. Some have abilities only usable in RK which is lame.

Characters:
Scorpion and Ermac (buying more than one Ermac would be considered wasteful) have best passives. Though I also like Tonya.

Kameos might be the best use of blood rubies since outside of the store you can only get them in ToT and with DK.

If you play RK every season then ST Stone is best equipment.
Blaze of you have MK11 Scorpion.
Voodoo Doll is good in RK and else where.
Those are probably the main ones. The others, up to you depending on if you find the abilities useful.

And Tomahawk. Free bar of power is useful for completing X-ray feat of strength and Kombat Pass challenges.
