In this case, this piece is actually considered bugged. It doesn't give the full effect. Only way for it to work perfectly is for the countdown to begin after the sp attack is complete. It is an issue if they decide to change that and make the buff only applies after the sp atk is complete. Because this basically means you don't get the nice extra damage from luck as soon as you gain the buff from sp2 😂

Every time I think that I'm going to buckle down and play the FW season to the end, the season rewards are all maxed in my roster.

Other times, I get in on the tail end when I finally notice a card in there that I want but I don't have enough free time to invest, so I wind up getting knocked back down to Champion just to get a maxed Gold.
