Hey guys I hope this is the right channel for this. I’m trying to figure out how to beat the Day of the dead team in the Kotal Kahn elder tower. It’s battle 29 and 30 of the final tower, and requires Jason Voorhees and Kano. I have both, but simply cannot get past this day of the dead team.

you might wanna use any member of the Kold War team as they do more damage vs DotD team, or use a character has Bleed to stop them from regen, which is really annoying. Or maybe just have a high fusion, level 50+ character 🙂

It is probably more than 15x30, I think the cost increases a bit

Interesting thing is, i had the same issue during last 3 challenges. I didn't have necessary characters. Surprisingly, i got those characters as FW/KWT reward during the last 1/2 days of challenges and i happily completed them.

You need to know that you would need Liu Kang again for hard difficulty along with takeda.

I know the requirements, but I mainly need to get Cyrax to F1 so I can do Hard survivor with my triborgs. Smoke and SZ are much higher fusion

Also reaching hard mode will compensate another part of the soul expenditure with the additional towers

Well skipping the tower is certainly less souls than 2 discounted packs. With 2 packs I get twice a shot at a 2/34 chance. That's not really good advice

Try grinding souls from quests. Keep repeating hard 1hr quests during day and 8/12hr hard quests at night.

So skipping the normal tower which will pay some back is not that big an issue. I know how to get souls, don't worry. Been playing the game for a long time and wouldn't have these issues if it didn't crash one day and corrupted the save so even support couldn't restore it...

You are spending money actually on cyrax, Liu is just a weapon. You save lots of souls and get a lots of packs in return from hard and elder challenges.

As long as you got Power Gen + Reduced Power Cost on SP Attacks
