Hold onto ur souls. Don't use them now. Save. When a klassic ninja pack or COS pack rotates , dump on that in one go. But if u lack patience to wait until that, our mod recommends skarlet pack. It gives u good challenge drops, 3 level up cards, low price and has no pack limit.

You'll only get him quickly by doing 1D Quests that specify him as a possible reward. He'll keep rolling in if you do two 1H and one such 1D Quest regularly until he's maxed. Tower 7's Quest 47 offers a possible Caro's Guidance Card.
