try the equipment: block break, with power gains and of course from the tower. And try to keep attacking all the time by juggling with characters on occasions so as to stun or drain power. It's good if you had a death mark (sub zero has the possibility of an ice clone) and a sign will not work.
when you have the opportunity to fight, try if you still have the opportunity (if you have to wait for renewal, it is better to wait) you lose nothing if you try.

I was tired with this team but after the 4th fight I managed to defeat them.

I have my own way, exp them in battle mode. I fight them on the last tower where it charges 2 points of energy and acceleration. When they finish (because there are 5 fights) I repeat it with a different team. They gain experience and at the same time they get coins, which I later exchange for a set of equipment, counting on a rare card. And by the way, they are also making progress in their feats of strength. I get it easily (depending on the exp support as you have) and the level of cards (up to 40 is a higher exp multiplier) I get 100-150k experience and 6k coins. This is how I fed the cards to the maximum level.

Alright. Once she gets to a higher level, you can do pretty well with her. Her basics are fast so her chains are long. I placed two gears for power gen and use SP2 for unblockable Stun loop. Also, even if you for some reason start getting hit, almost every time you have a chance to counter attack at level 3 passive

There’s a ton of strats im thinking of, but im going to say to have mk11 kabal be used so he can snare and bleed jade without her evading

This way you can safely be able to take out jade

dots are really useful like kl reptile so keeping him is fine

Another strategy is for you to use klassic sonya and damage the entire enemy team, this way you save yourself from having more and more risk trying to get good damage from using specials
