Her ability to put bleed on characters is pretty good even if it can be countered it's not often you'll come across characters that have a direct counter to bleed but it is a problem. MK11 Jade card has great synergy with MK11 Skarlet. Any MK11 character is good with her to be fair. Her combo ender adds bleed which stacks, thats affective against high hp cards.
She's defo not the best diamond but pair her with your Jade and Raiden for a decent MK11 team.
