Skarlet is an okay crippler with sp2, some people use her as an sp1 kard too but, I personally dont really get what people see on the sp1 "chain"

Kabal has sp2 u blockable and skarlet has botg sps blockable which makes her not special

Yes over 400k you can pump her hp but you have no bb or dmg equipment on her
