Begin with Tanya, break all 4, switch to Cryo Sub0 and repeatedly freeze him until timer runs out. Next fight, do the same BUT make sure neither Tanya NOR Sub0 get attacked

OK, you can do the same set up I did for Kenshi. You can either use Kenshi or Sub0. If you can survive beating Shang the entire time using Kenshi, go for it, otherwise go for Sub0. I suggest Kenshi. Here's what to give him and others (or Sub0, whichever fits you perfectly)

Tanya = All equipment are good, you can use a support for Kenshi instead of her because Hammer and Tial are perfect
Kenshi = Kitana's Fan, Tremor's Armor, Doll
