tbh I didn't doubt that u didn't get 600 souls... I know its true..
my point is for same issue all they give me 100 souls or sometime just mentioned that i have reported similar issue.. and they give me the list to do as in ur mail from second paragraph..
(please attempt...... so on)
I know u are saying that send tickets but my point is... if all they are gng to give me advice to delete and reinstall... or 50 to 100 souls... then it doesn't worth.

The bottom part is just the standard fix when something is broken usually, tho all that matter is:
1: sharing a screenshot or a screen recording
2: Ask for a compensation if you want one
3: reply to the first email as it's just the bot, also they don't reply to bug reports unless you reply to the bot

3rd point I always do... I do reply... biy first two I never did... I shared screenshot only if they asked
But they never asked even when they give compensation so I thought it might not be needed.
