Good passive concept but its not that great under a lot of scenarios due to this game only having 3 opponents deaths ideally

75% dmg boost on a low base roughly puts him on par with top golds at base, and if the match goes right you won't get more than 50% of that damage boost(killing 2 opponents), which would still make him look lacking compared to stuff like Vengeful Shinnok

So unless its a fight where you dont mind getting your team killed or if you cant/dont kill off the enemy without allowing them to resurrect his passive and overall fighting drops the ball hard
