In fact, they will perform better than other characters with block-breaking equipment cards because Cassie's passive gives their special attacks a block breaking chance as well. Block breaking equipment doesn't do that.

Unless you have block breaking equipment to a high fusion. Then that's a different story.

Put whatever equipment on your team that you can. Of course every bit helps.

@cold glade sorry I was away for a while. To get Takeda and Jacqui, eventually you will see their challenge. A new challenge character rotates every week. They also can drop from diamond packs that offer a chance for either a diamond or a "challenge gold". Just don't ever buy the challenge pack. Spend the extra 100+ souls for a diamond pack for the chance to get a diamond. Once you have your main team built strong enough to take on fatal towers and elder challenges, then you can start saving your souls, waiting for sales.

My rule of thumb is level everyone up to at least 20, but based on the rest of your collection I would focus on leveling up your main team and MK11 characters

That’s what I would do, unless you just really like one of the lower ones and want them to be higher. Plus if you use them all the time it shouldn’t take as long to level up your main team
