Quan Chi’s second power is pretty good as it cripples them and does a decent amount of damage

As a beginner you should focus on golds first, then diamonds. Golds will lead you to diamond characters. Open gold packs for now, and if you can beat hard challenge, you can move onto diamond packs

To be honest he has potential to be more annoying than mk11 Rain.Any debuff applied to soak enemy have chance to be applied as team negative effect.Mk11 can only do that with soak while wearing the cloak.Klassic can do that without the cloak and with the cloak he can do a tonne of debuffs
