This is my collection. I am a little bit short on diamond characters but I have been lucky about the packs lately. Been playing for like 4-5 years. During that time, I quit the game for 2 years then came back.

if you are high ranked, the chance of getting MK11 Noob Saibot is high.

By the way, due to a visual bug, their stats look lower than they are supposed to be. For example, Elder God Kenshi has like 60k attack points and 123k defense points but they look a bit more powerless on the menu.

I highly recommend you to build a Cyber Lin Kuei team. They have a lot of advantages if you create a cyber lin kuei team

So my last recommendation would be to boost Cyber Sub-Zero

make sure to max out the silver team you're using (especially kenshi) and then open equipment packs after maxing them

open 150 souls basic gold packs and the best gold team you can go for is the spec ops team (co cassie, demolition sonya, balanced kenshi) and buy only co cassie whenever you see her in the store

if you can beat hard mode in a challenge, then you can buy mk11 packs and try building a full mk11 team and use it

level your best cards first by doing faction wars 5 quick battles
