Just do the surveys, some you get DQed from but others you can finish them and get the payment, just go to reward wall after wards and check to get them to your Account, most of them offer 80-200 and then every once in a while you get a nice one like those ^

Not really, just try to log on to reset hourly quests. Only takes a minute, otherwise 8hr quests can work well in a pinch
Most of your kollection will come from packs, not towers or fw
