He is absolutely useful even at F0. Just make sure to not tag him in as he can be squishy at that level. Just use him for his passive poison stacking which will melt the enemies. If u do tag him in. Make use of his SP2. Thus always keep a power regen equipment on him so he gains sp2 while tagged out @fallen needle

I use to improvise a little rather than go full MAND. But for that you have to understand the trait tree well. For now you will be better off in simply copying MAND's tree

And a good way to let him change skin is by pairing scorpion with sub0, so he can be revived

I had 500% damage boost you know how I did. Let him change skin. Then curse increasing crit damage, tekko kagi giving damage boost against blind abd at last reaver giving more 15% boost against crippled
