With some decent tower gear and perseverance, I’d say finishing normal is within your reach. Keep at it and think carefully about strategy and talents if you get stuck.

yes, but the point of doing normal tower was to get few diamonds. if i can only finish it once in the whole season. then its pointless to put efforts for one random diamond lol. i have already lost some 1500 souls refreshing the darn tower.

It's better than spending souls on packs. The tower gives guaranteed diamond but you should know your limits. If you can't finish it just spend souls on diamond mk 11 packs. Scorpion is really useful there. Even with f1 scorp you can demolish the tower.

If you can make it once, the next climbs get progressively easier bc of gear. If you’re thoroughly stuck around 150, though, you might struggle. You can do the daily ten and hope for good gear drops.

Black dragon tremor is the tankiest/safest character to play in the entire game
Black dragon erron black can infinitely cripple the enemy
Black dragon kabal is fast, and is a good damage dealer
Black dragon kano as well, a great damage dealer

Is large tower pack worth it?

I am on Normal Tower Battle 70 and Fatal Tower Battle 31. So far I have continued to be able to progress at a decent pace, but have not bothered refreshing at all.

This is because I am not sure sure if spending money or souls on Tower Equipments or Tower Refreshes is the best use of my resources when my collection is not as good as it should be.

My strongest Diamond is F2 only (though I have quite a few), and not a single one of my Gold is maxed yet.

To an extend you are only just beginning, so it’s. It your fault here, but my only recommendation is that you spend souls on gold packs before going after Diamonds. But you’re on a decent start. Keep getting gold packs for right now until you get a Fusion X gold card, and then you can try Diamond hunting.
