Now this will be a long thread for epic I like frost orb because it’s resurrection and I like scepter because I’d give lethal eats on freeze so with weather warfare it’s op and some power rare: frost axe if maxed it has unblockable attacks and gives frostbite on sp1 ice gloves cause of strengthen and the armor one that give shield at the start of the match for uncommon bracers if maxed you freeze an opponent while their blocking so with weather warfare and no block breaker gear it’s op and ice bomb maxed cause it counters CoS Liu Kang and get first hit at the start of the match

Look at the drop rates my friend.There is no way to get a guaranteed epic from any battle but even if you can't complete the tower you have better chance to get good normal and tower gears from loosing the battles, maybe even an epic .So I suggest to use every possible refresh
