A challenge gold is worth 450 souls and a diamond is worth even more . Buying 400 souls diamond pack is better due to a chance to drop diamond . Buying more will increase your chances for fusing them . Some diamonds are useful even at low fusions like Shao Kahn , Mk 11 scorpion , kLK , sf scorp , df terminator , dotd Jade.Try to avoid buying challenge packs.If you are interested in fusing your golds then buy regular gold pack .This is my opinion and I got this advice from fellow Kombatants in here.It surely helped me.
