First you have level up them to atleast 40+. Play faction wars for that. Also use the free energy recharge by watching ads. You can recharge energy 5 times a day. use that to level up you best character.

Play faction wards dude. I can level up a card from lv 1 to lv50 in max 3 days If i really need that card. Just play faction wars again and again with that character. Also if you pair certain character with another high fused characters then you can level up much faster.

It'll also help you complete quests more easily to build up your souls

Kosplay Jaqui is very good character. Try to use either Subzero or Ermac version of her. These 2 versions are the best, others are not much usefull. Subzero Version Jaqui has Frostbite on SP1 which is veryfull to power drain enemy as time goes on and In ermac version Jaqui gains vampirism on tag-in & SP2 due to which she heals her health on tag-in & after performing SP2. Use her. She is good character
