Grinding fw, play all available characters in quick battles, rotate them, while exhausted team are recovering energy. Do it 3 times a day to quickly level up and earn heaps of battle rating points. Farm 1h quest, around 500 to 600 souls per day is possible. It needs dedication and discipline.
