but most of the point that you can get are from survivor, it gives much more

You usually get Drahmin's Mask randomly when you win a hard battle or fatal battle in Faction wars mode. It is very rare

I got that mask ages ago. I just went on Wikipedia to find an answer for you, and it says that it is available some facts rewards. I take it that that is one of the many random items you get for winning a match or a tower

Yes. You cannot purchase it from any store. It is just a random drop after winning hard or fatal battle tower in Faction Wars(Normal mode). I maxed it in 2018 before I left the game
