if you are talking about playing the tower, then the rare is useful for damage boost, outside of the tower, one of the least used (idk if it's worst or not)
about the epic, one of the best, at f0 you can pray that the 50% chance gets in your favor to give you the crit boosts, get it to about f5 then it's just phenomenal. You can use literally anywhere in any gamemode
