your chance to dodge the enemy is based on their hp remaining. if they have 90% hp you have 10% to dodge, 80% hp 20% to dodge all the way to the max, which is 32% for you now but goes up to 50%

its also crit chance boost when im sure you understand. what makes it so crazy is its the first weapon to have dodge chance to anyone instead of character specific. and also the FX is insane

youll start to lose hp overtime but that wont kill you, itll leave you at 1 hp

if you have seen darkest knight noobs ability before think of it like that
