It’s Shangs gear but anyone can benefit from the general gear buffs. If you are using Klassic smoke one of his teammates can use it to get higher resistance and if someone else has Shintai of Malice you can make it even higher still. It’s not a bad piece of gear, I just say “meh” to trigger folks.
