There is no other way to spend for kameos as it’s always gonna be worth using your dragon krystals on gear packs meaning you’re having no other way of getting kameos other than your blood stones

There’s upsides and downsides I’d say
I prefer brutalities especially for boss fights so I don’t have to deal with 1/4th of the fight the combo ender isn’t guaranteed though so it’s still a bit of a gamble
