Honestly I think the bars of power just lose alot of usefulness as it goes. While yes it can be useful, I am building teams without him and still doing double xray. Its maybe a little harsh with how gear dependant that is, but hes also a scorp that cant sp1 loop and his sp2 is slow too. Team passives are accounted for but I more so wanted to aim this as what they contribute directly more than how well they can sit benched
