Inj2 Raiden definitely needs block breaker. You want to do that long combo ender as soon as possible. Fujin as well. For liu prolly critical damage boost cuz he can give himself a 50 percent critical chance

Both are fine, klassic liu is immune to dots, heals when caught on fire, power drain gives attack boost i think, cripples opponent if any teammate tags in, sp1 applies fire to himself, so he heals, when set on fire he has a secret sp2 which applies team fire i think, his normal sp2 is also nice. Mk11 liu applies concussion which increases critical hit chance, block breaking chances and opponent sp evasion by 1% per concussion, has a 35% chance for unblockable sp and on tag in, mk11 teammates are blind immune and his attacks can’t be dodged for 15sec. He also power drains on tag in

But both are absolutely worth investment
