Maybe someone with more experience with Kold Team can help better than me. I only use Kold Scorp and subzero but never the full team.

His basic attacks are amazing. When you get up to 30 stacks you have 60% resistance to debuffs and 30% attack boost. You can then use that when your low to heal or heal someone else not tagged in and give them a bar of power
