The reason why Klassic Raiden works so well tho is he's ALL factions so he benefits from Klassic Rain's power and if you use EB Rain as a support, he gets the lightning strikes on combo enders too, which no other Raiden gets the benefit of.
I2 does better team damage cuz his passive multiplies what team soaked lightning does alone and he generates power faster on avg.
I use Fujin with a soak team too but largely cuz of hurricane, cripple and that mine's F9 lol

In the beginning, block breaking gear is your best friend. And also Anything that boosts damage, gives you power gen, gives you power use reduction are good. A while later, you will drop epic gears which will make your F0 kard into a behemoth.

Sindel is good. Subzero is better. Unblockable SP2, bleed, freeze. Really good support to MK11 with his resurrection. Mk11 scorp, liu and subzero is one of the best teams. Then maybe do Jade because she is good when going up against DoT teams.
