once you get more kold war characters he will help the team out. Not sure how he works on his own. If you have mk11 sub zero you can take advantage of the frostbite boost I guess

I also assume one of his specials give frostbite too so he might be pretty useful on his own

Wait no he counts as a Cold War character so his special attack could cause frostbite already

If you use characters like mk11 subzero as well it will be more useful as you can get frostbite on more characters at a quicker rate
